Fix Tailscale and Windows SSH projects
A reliability patch for Windows and Remote. Git panel labels collapse cleanly at narrow widths. Tailscale Remote uses a private HTTPS address that works in full Safari; Windows SSH waits for the drive, applies connection edits to existing projects, and releases orphaned drives; Store-installed terminals open correctly; and Save & Quit no longer dies on a late write EPIPE.

What changed
Improvements
1- Navigate Git comfortably at any panel width — Changes, History, Worktrees, and Graph now have clear icons, and their labels collapse cleanly when the panel gets narrow instead of crowding together.
Bug fixes
6- Fixed Tailscale Remote getting stuck on "Connecting…" in Safari and mobile browsers — Tailscale mode now uses a private HTTPS address that works in full Safari, with a guided one-time enable step when the tailnet needs it.
- Fixed Windows SSH projects timing out after SSHFS reported that it had started — 1DevTool now waits for the assigned drive to become available and gives clearer guidance when the key, remote path, or WinFsp setup needs attention.
- Fixed SSH connection edits not reaching an existing project — changing a connection's key, host, port, username, or remote path under Settings → SSH now updates the project and remounts it with the new details.
- Fixed Windows SSH drives staying mounted after a project switch, remount, or quit — orphaned drives are released, and a busy drive letter no longer prevents 1DevTool from trying another one.
- Fixed Windows Terminal missing from Machine Terminal or Open Terminal doing nothing — Store-installed terminal apps are detected correctly, and external Command Prompt, PowerShell, and terminal windows now open visibly.
- Fixed Save & Quit on Windows showing a
write EPIPEJavaScript error or interrupting shutdown — late terminal shutdown messages can no longer prevent the app from saving and closing cleanly.
