Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI and the other built-in agents are picked up once they are installed, and first-run setup walks you through the ones you choose.

Open Accounts & Quota (⌘⇧U), pick the provider, sign in from the login terminal and give the account a name.

The Next terminal starts on card shows which account a new terminal will use, with its 5-hour usage.
