What changed
New features
8- Create custom startup commands with a guided form — Manage Commands and Terminal Settings now walk you through the command, name, run mode, category, and emoji before it appears in terminal launchers
- Common commands can fill a readable name automatically, including AI agents, package scripts, Docker Compose, and package-runner commands
- Known AI commands are detected automatically, with a manual switch for wrappers or custom launchers
- Customize agents from an empty workspace — projects with no terminals now include a direct Customize agent action, so you can add a custom AI startup command before opening your first terminal
- Launch Antigravity as a built-in AI agent — Antigravity now appears alongside other AI agents in launchers, settings visibility, command detection, and empty-workspace quick actions
- Antigravity terminals can use the same AI prompt handling, headless prompt mode, quota lookup, and sub-agent detection patterns as other supported agents
- Delegate work through Antigravity-aware orchestration — orchestrated agent handoffs can now target Antigravity, and orchestration skills can be installed for more AI coding tools
- Supported host installs now cover Claude, Codex, Gemini, Antigravity, OpenCode, GitHub Copilot, Roo, Qoder, Trae, Droid, Kilo Code, Warp, Augment, and Cline
Improvements
4- Make orchestration reinstall more reliable — reinstalling orchestration from settings refreshes the local 1DevTool agent launcher before writing skills, so installed agent skills point at the current app command
- Keep AI Diff reviews focused on reviewable files — AI Diff now follows project ignore rules more closely and removes ignored generated output, hidden Git metadata, and newly ignored files from pending review lists
- Files created while AI Diff is still preparing the session are still counted as new changes instead of being folded into the starting baseline
- Keep quota refreshes calmer — desktop and Remote Control quota views now keep the last valid usage visible during partial refreshes and limit repeated manual refreshes
Bug fixes
5- Fixed AI Diff showing ignored generated output — ignored build artifacts no longer appear as pending AI changes in Git and non-Git projects
- Fixed AI Diff missing files created right after prompt send — files produced while the review baseline is still preparing now appear in the AI Diff session
- Fixed quota pills disappearing after incomplete refreshes — quota indicators no longer go blank when a background refresh returns no displayable usage
- Fixed Remote Control quota detection for custom AI terminals — custom commands that resolve to supported agents now show the matching quota more reliably
- Fixed Antigravity delegated runs missing from sub-agent badges — direct Antigravity headless commands and orchestration handoffs can now show up in the sub-agent badge stack
