An orchestration team stalls on small things: a delegation that needs a reminder, a goal waiting for continue, a link waiting for approval. On the iPhone app you see your teams with their hierarchy, pipeline runs, goals, links and activity. From an Operator phone you can message a seat, remind a delegation or stop waiting on it, continue or abort a goal, approve a link and save a chart you drafted on the phone. Each consequential action is prepared on your computer, shown on the phone and confirmed there, and the computer then acts on exactly what you saw: if the target changed in the meantime or two minutes pass, it does nothing. Two switches under Orchestration from phones set the limits. Allow phones to steer orchestration (operator actions) is on by default; Allow phones to grant read access is off by default and, when on, lets a phone approve a link that reads another agent's transcript after showing what will be shared.
