How this feature boosts your daily productivity
Handing work from one agent to another is only useful if you can see what the second agent did with it. A delegation badge that just says "Grok" tells you a run happened, not whether it went anywhere useful — and checking meant digging for Grok's session file yourself. Opening the transcript from the badge turns a delegated run from a black box into something you can read while it is still going, and decide early whether to let it finish.
How It Works
Get started in 4 simple steps
Delegate work to Grok
Hand a task to Grok from another agent. A sub-agent badge appears in the terminal area for the delegated run.
Click the badge
The badge opens the delegated conversation's transcript view, labelled with the Grok CLI identity.
Follow it live
The view tails Grok's local session file as it grows, showing prompts, responses, reasoning, tool calls, and tool results in order.
Pause when you need to read
Auto-scroll shows ● live while it follows the run; scroll up and it switches to ○ paused so output can't yank the view away.
